Peter No-Tail is a nice little cat who just happens to be tail-less, and the bane of his existence is a big bully by the name of Mean Mike. It is up to Peter-cat to use all the brains he has to outsmart old Mike, and tame the rest of the wild cats who dominate the town. Peter is set on avoiding any cat-astrophe, but one just knows that Mean Mike will get his comeuppance in the end.
