I leave you this recipe that cannot be missing in your homes, since you can use it for everything, breakfast, dessert, for the girls' lunch boxes and much more.

This recipe yields 5 units in the IMACO waffle maker:
INGREDIENTS
(everything must be at room temperature)
1 ½ cup of fresh milk
1 ½ unprepared flour (if you use prepared flour you should no longer use baking powder)
100 gr of butter or margarine
3 LA CALERA free range eggs (separate the whites from the yolks)
1 tsp of FRATELLO baking powder
½ tsp of FRATELLO vanilla essence
1/2 tsp salt
3 tablespoons of DULFINA sugar
Butter to butter the waffle maker
You can accompany them with the honey of your choice, fruit, or whatever you like best.
