How To: Defeat Zhou Xin before the all out attack
Item Rating: 2/5 (4/5 if using Huang Zhong or Xiahou Yuan)
Notes: The all out attack happens once you've defeated 2-3 enemy officers (In total, including sub officers) so you have ages, I just rush him anyway to make sure to get it, it's super easy.
