GTA 5 on low end pc with fps boost config ( 9400 gt 1 gb , core 2 dou )
my pc specs
core 2 dou e8400 3ghz
ram 4gb ddr 3
9400 gt 1gb
the config increase 10-25 fps , the game run verry smooth without rain , rain cause a bit lagging

also set your gta 5 priority to high in task manager
