How to Help Your Co-Developers Grow
Help your co-developers grow - by meeting them where they are (knowledge-wise) and help them grow from there - instead of leaving them to figure out what to learn and where, on their own.
It sounds like simple and obvious advice, but I have experienced this not be done in many of the places I have worked. Not by everyone of course, but by some.
