CRM Clients
An introduction to the functionality of the CLIENTS area in theCloudWorksIT CRM application. In short, companies or contacts may be arbitrarily stored under any classification or group, but selecting the 'is customer' function marks that entity as a buying client and they will appear in the clients list. So will processing leads through opportunities and orders turn them into clients.
