Described as a man-sized owl with more than a few humanoid features, and powerful eyes that seem to paralyze those who meet them, Owlman was a frightening cryptid, though not necessarily a dangerous one. Nearly every report of the creature has it appear, often to young girls, scare people, and then fly off!
