1.)What does that straw technique do?
The straw it used to blow into resin so the air bubbles can float up and pop, to make your resin have less air bubbles.
2.)How long does it usually take for the resin to get tacky?
Usually 5-15mins sometimes even longer, you just want to make sure t o pour your resin and mix your color before it gets tacky, so you don't deal with thick resin.
3.)Can you color your resin by using paints or do you have to use like shaves of pastels?
Yes, you can color resin with anything that is liquid basically.
4.)Where do you buy your PLASTIC (not rubber) molds?

5.)What if I dont want stickers in my charm. Do I wait the hour an 30 mins for my resin to get tacky for the glitter or do I just throw in the glitter?
If its just glitter you can add it after 15-20mins or until it's tacky so your glitter doesn't sink to the bottom.
