We'll show you how to easily and quickly replace a crankshaft seal (here, on the transmission side) using the right special tool.
The old seal is removed using a puller hook, and the new one is pressed in using the appropriate press tool.
This video demonstrates the replacement on a DW12 engine. This engine is used in vehicles from Ford, Fiat, Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Toyota, among others.
