If you’re managing your data in Excel spreadsheets right now, that's probably not the best option for you. A spreadsheet can be a good start, but did you know you can sync it with SharePoint and take it to the next level?

If you import that data into Microsoft SharePoint you will be able to manipulate the data in different ways, create different list views so you can see your data in different ways, and you can connect that system, SharePoint, to multiple other external systems through Integrations, create workflows that speak to other places in SharePoint as well and basically that data to become smart data instead of just sitting in a spreadsheet.

We see a lot of our clients basically managing all their data for their clients or for their customers in tools like Smart Sheets or Excel or all the Google applications. It's essentially a shared Excel file and there's not too much process automation or integration with other tools.
