UPDATE:
I’ve read somewhere that this method is no longer needed. You just need to download the base game on Steam, and it should download the DLCs you have on Origin with it. Make sure you have enabled Automatic Game Updates in Origin Application Settings. I haven’t personally tried it, but feel free to check out this video just in case.
