In your Youtube setting there is a feature called "upload defaults" where you are able to add items in a video description that will show up by default on all your future video uploads.
Have a default video description saves you time, because you don't have to write out the whole video description each time you upload.
It actually a really cool feature. I find myself always trying to make my upload defaults for my videos better. I keep tweaking them.
