RED Justice Program | A Peek Inside the Classroom | Emotional Intelligence Pt II
At RED, we believe that emotional intelligence is a critical skill for success in life, and that's why we recently completed a two-part module on this topic with our program participants. Through this module, we discussed the importance of identifying emotions, managing them effectively, and leveraging them in productive ways.
During the module, our participants had the opportunity to learn new skills and insights that will help them in all areas of their lives. They shared their experiences and perspectives on the importance of emotional intelligence, and how this module has helped them better understand their own emotions and those of others.
By focusing on emotional intelligence, we're helping our program participants develop the skills they need to navigate life's challenges, build stronger relationships, and pursue their goals with confidence and resilience.
