More Than One Story - Sandwiches
Cardboard Citizens and The Big Issue are proud to present a new series of short films, More Than One Story that aims to disrupt stereotypes, generalisations and misconceptions around homelessness in the UK today, as rising numbers of people are unseen, unheard and overlooked.
Written and performed by 18 extraordinary artists, each with their own lived experience of homelessness, poverty or inequity.
Introducing 1/9 - Sandwiches - a poignant story about street sleeping, written by Naomi Westerman, a writer, anthropologist, and disability rights activist. Performed by Cardboard Citizens Member, actor, and writer Oriana White. Directed by Chris Sonnex, Cardboard Citizens Artistic Director and Joint CEO.
