ahahahaha I love how in this production of Seraglio, they didn't even attempt to make the Pasha look Middle Eastern XD Pasha Selim wants his new Spanish slave girl, Konstanze, to be his newest girlfriend in his harem, but this Pasha is an unusual Turkish sultan. He waits for his slaves to love him first -- of their own free will. Pasha tells Konstanze that he ~could~ force her to be his lover ~meep~ but he will wait for her to come to him. Konstanze responds that she will always love her Spanish boyfriend, Belmonte.
