Seagate Hard Drive with Bad Head Data Recovery
This seagate hard drive was not working. It had been to a local computer store who tried to get data. This drive has 4 heads and Head 1 was reading very slowly at 5kb/s. If the customer only wanted a few documents then it would have been possible to recover the data but the customer wanted 2TB of media files so we had no choice but to replace the faulty read head with a new one.
