DEFINE-FLAIR was the largest physiological study of its kind at the time, testing iFR in a non-inferior setting against FFR. DEFINE-FLAIR was the largest physiological study of its kind at the time, testing iFR in a non-inferior setting against FFR. The data of this trial were compared to those of the SWEDEHEART study, and showed really similar findings in terms of MACE and secondary endpoints.
The Reveal Trial is, for its part, the validation of a new software for angio FFR.
