The Hunger Games takes place in a world gone mad, and I think this song reflects that very well. The way I interpret the lyrics for this video is that they're the thoughts of President Snow, the Gamemakers, and the people of the Capitol. I don't think they ever questioned if what they did was wrong, but if they did I think it would sound a lot like this.
