[PBE] Split Push Siege God Build with the New Runes
So I play Yorick and Ziggs often in SoloQ because they just split push so hard and in SoloQ some times that is the only thing you can do to win.
Well with the New Runes these two just got Super Powered for Sieging.
Here is the Rune build will use on Yorick

So I was only able to get 3 stacks of Ingenious Hunter or 28% Item CDR (I know my math was off in the video it was 5am) but you can get 40% CDR with 5 stacks then 5% with Cosmic Insight and another 20% with Ruby Sightstone for a grand total of 65% CDR on Items
This means
ZZ Port is a 42s CD
Banner of Command is a 42s CD
Any of the Hextek items 42s CD
Basically any activate item CD and some passive item CDs
Also means for the Zz Port you can have 3 out at once (for a few seconds)
