Step 2: Restore the Backup and Database in the New Server
In this step, you have to upload the backup files and extract them in a folder created by any name. After that move the files to their respective folder like mail, etc, and domain data to their folder.

Step 3: Edit the wp-config.php File
After extracting and moving the files, and Restoring the database browse to the folder on your local computer where you downloaded your website files. In that folder, there is a file called wp-config.php that controls the access between WordPress and your database.
Just copy the details from here to your MySQL database section in Cpanel
make sure the database username and password are the same in the wp-config script and in your MySQL section.
Step 4: Now after completing the above steps just give all privileges and the site will start working
