Fix: Gap in slide - Mercy Less Lethal 12g CO2 adapter install, can't install slide
If you are having issues installing the slide after installing the Mercy Less Lethal 12 gram CO2 adapter, no need to fight it, simply push the main spring forward, back into position 2 mm lower. That's what's causing the gap.
If you cannot get it out, loosen the screws more on the LEFT side of the gun near the barrel. The screws on the right side of the gun should all be left in place except for the one closest to the barrel.
The housing must be pried apart so as to make a gap approximately 2 mm at the front of the trigger guard in order to gain sufficient clearance to remove the factory 8 gram adapter on the Byrna SD.
