Do the screams of tormented patients once housed in the hallways and rooms of St. Albans Sanatorium in Radford, VIrginia, still reside in the uninhabited Mental Institution. With the history of this place I wouldn't be suprized. Before it was a hospital it was a 'Home For Boys" We can only describe this piece as a scream or weird laugh.
