White Threads FlossTube #6 - how to check thread count
In this video, Yvette has a tutorial on how to check the thread count of a fabric. She shows you how to count how many threads it has across a certain distance, for both the weft and the warp of the fabric. She also explains what "evenweave" means with regard to fabric. Hint: it's nothing to do with slubs or thick and thin threads! And of course Yvette shows you the embroidery she's wearing for the day, seeing she loves wearing embroidery.
