Today, friends, we'll be doing a full-body kettlebell workout. So, I grabbed a kettlebell, my backpack, and my camera and headed to the park. Dragging the kettlebell to my destination turned out to be quite a challenge! I even broke a sweat, and that was my warm-up! The weather today was perfect! Not too cold, not too hot, and the sun was shining!

So, let's get to the complex itself!
Perform a ladder from 10 reps to 1 rep: 10 kettlebell snatches with the right hand, then immediately a kettlebell push press with the same hand for 10 reps, then 10 kettlebell squats with the front, then 10 snatches and push presses with the left hand. The second round will be 9 reps, the third 8 reps, and so on down to 1 rep. Choose your own kettlebell weight. I'd recommend a light one, as this routine can be done every day as a light workout. I used 16 kg and completed all reps without stopping or setting the kettlebell down. Overall, this routine engages the muscles of the entire body, making it perfect for a toning workout. Invigoration and well-being are the main goals of this routine. If you're short on time or simply don't feel like training full-on today, do this routine with a light kettlebell. You'll work on your cardiovascular system, technique, and get a great tone for all your muscles. Later, if you feel like you can use a heavier kettlebell, go for it! The key is your desire! You can use a heavier kettlebell, but take rest breaks between rounds. It's also important to pay attention to your technique. In the snatch, I personally focused on a slight pendulum and the transition from one leg to the other. In the push press, I tried to keep my elbow lower, as I sometimes have trouble with elbow support. In the squats, I tried to squat as deeply as possible while maintaining a full foot position.
That's how my outdoor workout turned out! I really enjoyed it; I even felt a surge of energy!
