a healing self care weekend in nyc
the end of june brought many low moments and tough realizations, but here's typically how i get back to a positive mindset and self care during these times. this is a few days in my life living in nyc, focusing on self care, self love, and inner child healing. went to coffee shops, ate lots of good food and sweet treats, went to a crochet event, took myself on long walk, and sat by the water, just a few things that always help me feel good. sending love, xoxo
