safefood research has shown that 78% of people don’t know the correct temperature at which to cook their turkey. A meat thermometer helps remove the guess work from cooking a turkey ensuring a safe Christmas dinner for all.
If you don’t have a meat thermometer them use the three checks: no pink meat, juices run clear and the meat is piping hot all the way through.
