Fix error windows cannot access the specified device path or file
A short video on how to fix the error "windows cannot access the specified device path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" on your server.
I'd like to add that you might get this error fixed by running "gpupdate /force" and without restarting your server.
