Automating the Build- and Documentation Process
You have been using jupyter lab WRONG this whole time. In this video, we give a practical rundown on automating the project-build process. We demonstrate how to turn jupyter lab into a code editor while preserving a lot of the functionality of the usual developers' setup. The demo code runs on a wsl xeus-cling kernel integrated with makefiles, some simple powershell commands and built-in xeus-cling line-magics to drastically improve workflow, all while automating the documentation process using doxygen. Going a step further, we demonstrate how to auto-customize the web .html and LaTeX documentation, all happening right in the same xeus-cling/jupyter labs environment - not so much code, but important AF!
