I finally finished this thing after like 5 months when I showed off the WIP.
Yes, you can make your own and NO, you do not have to use a VCR effect like I did.
I just wanted it to fit the Tattletail theme of the olden days and VCR effects are one of my favorites.
But please at least credit me as the original meme maker though.
