An Offense Worth Repeating
By washing the disciples' feet, Jesus used the opportunity to teach a profound lesson about the nature of leadership and service. Jesus showed us that this is what God does — He serves His creation out of love and compassion. We are encouraged to embody the same spirit of humility and service. Our service to others should not be seen as a burden but rather as a reflection of our commitment to imitate Christ and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
