Weather Station Data in Home Assistant // LaCrosse View
So this week we take a look at a project that I (mostly) coded myself. I wanted a Personal Weather Station that I could upload data into Home Assistant. I am also cheap, so I found a weather station at Costco for $100 and integrated it into Home Assistant.
Now the method in this video is compatible with any weather station that uses the LaCrosse View app. We take a look at how to retrieve data using a python script and then put that data into Home Assistant. I even show you some cool Lovelace cards to use!
