How to SOLO DMZ Mission "Exfil Tracking" WITHOUT help from enemies
Loadout:
Smoke Grenades
Munitions Pack
Self-Revive or Don’t Die
Exfil Selection:
A good exfil will need the following things:
Be in a heavily trafficked area
Has a place to hide
Has no alternate exfils close by
Helicopter has flat ground to land on (not off a cliff)
Some exfils that I found are good candidates:
The one in this video
The one by the southside of Hafid Port
The one north by the communications tower
Part 1: Get the trackers in Zarqwa Hydroelectric.
Part 2
Hide. Wait. Smoke. Plant. Repeat.
The exfil chopper has a dedicated plant spot on the left wheel well thing to place the tracker.
Try to be aware of the helicopter’s orientation when it approaches and reorient your hiding spot to avoid having to circle the chopper.
Part 3:
After placing three trackers, head to the side of the map opposite the radiation. The final chopper will spawn after the last of the 3 original exfils are enveloped in radiation. Place a tracker on the same part of the exfil chopper and you're done.

If you are a MASTER MANIPULATOR you can get enemies to call in exfils for you and be done with part 2 extremely quickly.
HOWEVER,
Drawbacks to asking for permission:
People don’t know what the hell they’re doing
People don’t understand what the mission is
People shoot everything on sight
