Three Steps: 1. The Modes are MAJOR Scales. 2. The Step Sequence from the root TWWHWWWH. 3. Dyslexia of the Step Sequence. (Play SAME STEP Sequence Backwards, each NOTE represents THAT Major scale. IE: C whole step down (to the left) = Bb major scale(Dorian in C and so on.
