Pubantomy 3D is a web application letting neuro scientists search and summary Medline citations and visualize gene expressions and brain structures in 3D with sophisticated interactions.
highly interactive and productive web UI and a data processing pipeline indexing documents and generating 3D models from very native file.
The web UI was implemented mostly in 2012, when multi-thread was not supported yet, it could be a lot more smooth today even on mobile IPad.
