There is traditional cruising and then there is Virgin Voyages. Many people have set expectations about cruises (huge ships, all you can eat buffets, lanyards to hold your cruise card) and given Virgin Voyages is a totally different experience, many are debating whether it is a good cruise line.
Personally I love this cruise line, but even while being on the ship, there were some people there with expectations that.. well... weren't being met.
