Ark Survival Ascended: Chibi Info
This is a short info about chibis. A common mistake that I can see a lot of people making unless made aware of this. My group and I made the mistake of not seeing it drop into our inventory for the first time. When you do defeat the overseer it goes into your cosmetic inventory slot, make sure that you transfer it into a dinos inventory before going through the cut scene.
