BMW G20 B48 Intercooler Upgrade
BMW G42, G20, G21, G22, G23, G26 220i, 220d, 320i, 318d, 320d, 420i, 420d kit with B48 and B47 series engines made of high-quality aluminum alloy.
The main function of this kit is to improve cooling efficiency and strengthen the intake system design while increasing turbo boost (engine chip tuning).
The surface area of the stepped intercooler is increased by 70% and is 570 x 236 x 150 mm (factory dimensions are 565 x 145 x 100 mm); the working volume (air channels) is increased by 112% and is 16.16 cm³ (factory volume is 7.6 cm³); unlike the stock intercooler, it has no channel constrictions, which improves air circulation.
