Spicy Mayonnaise
No act of love, however small, is ever wasted.
Easy cooking for busy families
1 slightly rounded cup of a good mayonnaise or use 2 cups
1 large garlic clove or 2 small ones
1 TBLS. of lemon or lime juice use 2 TBLSP if you prefer
1/2 to 1 chipotle pepper...depending on how hot you want it OR just use the adobo sauce if that's all you want
dash of salt and pepper
Blend all together very well, place in a jar and store in the fridge.
