Researchers from the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark (SDU) have teamed up with Capra Robotics and Newtec A/S to investigate how hyperspectral imaging and a mobile robot platform can help winemakers assess when their grapes are ready for harvest. Earlier this year, they were at Kimesbjerggaard Vineyard to test it. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/e8pPnUp3
The idea of the research project is to let a robot with a hyperspectral camera roam the field and take pictures of the grapes.
The technology is applicable in many other contexts and in many industries. https://www.newtec.com/machines/quali...
