With this wonderful little device. The Saturn Action Replay Plus 4M Auto lets you play imported games from any region on your Saturn console. You can play Japanese (NTSC-J) and American (NTSC) games on your European (PAL) console, Japanese and European games on your American console, or American and European games on your Japanese console.
It also has the extra RAM to give to let you play a small selection of games that require either 4MB extra RAM, or 1MB to play them. This cart supports both so, it will let you play the following games.

It will also let you run action replay cheat codes on many different games. There are some built in cheat codes and if you can find custom cheat codes elsewhere on the internet, or in a cheat code manual, then you can input these codes manually.
The cart will also give you an extra bit of space for storing saved game files, for when your Sega Saturn's hard drive has run out of space.
