🌌 The James Webb Space Telescope may have deepened one of the biggest puzzles of modern cosmology.

How fast is the universe really expanding today?
According to the standard cosmological model, this value is approximately 67 km/s/Mpc.
However, direct measurements made by Nobel laureate physicist Adam Riess and his SH0ES team using Cepheid variable stars and Type 1A supernovae give the same physical magnitude as approximately 73 km/s/Mpc.

🔭 James Webb's infrared resolution largely tested the margin of error that Hubble might experience due to star crowding and dust.
But the result, contrary to expectations, strengthened the gap instead of closing it.

🪜 In this video:
✨ How does the cosmic distance ladder work?
✨ Why are Cepheid stars so critical?
✨ How are Type 1A supernovae used in distance measurement?
✨ Why did James Webb further strengthen the Hubble tension? ✨ What do the giant galaxy candidates discovered in the early universe mean? ✨ Are “Little Red Dots” really young galaxies, or are they black hole candidates?

🛰️ We also examine the large galaxy candidates detected by Webb in the early universe, **Little Red Dots**, active black hole growth, and the limitations of the standard **ΛCDM cosmology model**.
