VOLY Training Course Creation
I had the pleasure of working with VolunteerNow to create a training course for their new users on the Voly.org Volunteer Management platform. This video shows my work on the project and outlines my responsibilities which included:
Analyzing existing content
Working with the current trainer and product manager to better understand the platform and training needs
Developing a course outline
Writing storyboards/scripts
Collecting feedback on the scripts from stakeholders and SMEs
Creating screencast videos and images
Recording voiceovers
Designing slides for use in videos
Editing videos for publishing on YouTube
Composing various types of assessments
Designing and developing interactive scenario-based lessons in Articulate Storyline
Adding all content to the client's chosen LMS, MyQuest
Maintaining frequent and professional communication with the client throughout the project
