Celebrating 50 years of Women in the RCMP
Sept. 16, 2024, marks the 50th anniversary of Troop 17 taking their oath to become the first group of women to join the RCMP as police officers.
We commemorate this special anniversary, recognizing the members of Troop 17 and all women in policing.
