(PLEASE NOTE: The mistake I made at the end of the video was that I had an upper case "C" for the beginning of the filename instead of lower case "c". This does matter and once I changed it, I was able to finish.)
This video covers lab number 6 in the free Flackbox lab pdf. In this lab, I performed a factory reset, password recovery, configuration backup, and system image backup and recovery on a Cisco router. I also performed an IOS upgrade to a Cisco switch.
