In this longer video, I show how to:
*Load a CSV file containing lon/lat coordinates
*Load California county shapefile
*Map the data and change symbology
*Create a Heat Map
*'Fix' some values using Locate by Attributes and Calculate Field
*Generate a thematic using Summarize Within
*Add custom labels (with a line break)
*Finally, show the top 10 values
