🍧BIRD'S MILK:
For the cake:
2 packets of gelatin (9 g each)
1 cup of milk
1 cup of sugar
450 g of sour cream
450 g of chilled cream
vegetable oil for greasing the pan
For the glaze:
5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 packet of gelatin (9 g)
5 tablespoons of milk
1 cup of cold water
Preparation:
1. In a small saucepan, mix 2 packets of gelatin with 1 cup of milk. Put on medium heat and whisk, when the milk starts to steam - remove from heat (do not boil!).
Set aside to cool.
2. Grease a glass baking dish with vegetable oil. In a bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, sour cream, and cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined.
3. While continuing to beat, slowly add the warm milk mixture.
4. Pour immediately into the prepared baking dish. Smooth the surface as evenly as possible. Cover and refrigerate.
5. For the glaze, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, and gelatin in a small saucepan.
Whisk in the water and milk. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly. The mixture should be smooth and even. Set the glaze aside and let cool for 1 hour.
6. Slowly pour the chocolate glaze over the buttercream base. Cool in the refrigerator
