This project is a continuation of my engine models, which is a successor to the 1600 rpm model (   • Motor Stirling, como melhorar a velocidade...  ). With the stroke reduction from 28 mm to 20 mm in the displacement piston, a 15% speed improvement occurred. I also increased the displacement piston length by 20 mm to 25 mm to eliminate part of the engine dead zone.

Meet my mini battle tank:    • Mini tanque de guerra a álcool, não necess...
My fire eater engine:    • Veja como funciona o motor comedor de fogo...

It has also been reduced from 340 grams to 290 grams total engine weight, very important depending on the application, which I will soon present to you.

In the first test, a big surprise, the engine peaked at 1900 RPM and constant speeds of 1570 RPM. Tests performed in a closed environment without air circulation (without wind), and the water temperature ranged from 65 to 75 ° C.

The first tests on the generator using a NEW 35mm displacement piston were:

  4 leds 1179 rpm 3.89 V. 0.083 A = 0.32 Watts
10 leds 1130 rpm 3.43 V. 0.043 A = 0.30 Watts
30 leds 1180 rpm 3.31 V. 0.092 A = 0.30 Watts

These "power" results can possibly be improved by turning on the LEDs in series, just as I presented in the headlamp tank video (   • Mini gerador instalado no tanque de guerra...  ).

MATERIAL LIST:

2 cans of soda or beer 350 ml, 68 mm in diameter (6.8 cm), for the hot cylinder and the head;
1 (473 ml) beer can, 68 mm in diameter (6.8 cm), as a crankshaft support;
2 (830 g) peach cans, 100 mm in diameter (10 cm), for the furnace and the cooling system;
1 cap of a 57 mm diameter hair spray can for the working piston cylinder;
1 45 mm diameter (4.5 cm) softener cap to make the "outer" work piston cap;
1 30 mm (3 cm) diameter Pet bottle cap to make the "inner" cap of the working piston;
1 balloon number 9 or 10 for the working piston;
1 motorcycle chamber, (discarded in rubber), cut into a strip to wrap around the working piston cylinder in order to secure the balloon;
2 money stamps to place around the balloon in the seal on the working cylinder;
1 PVC knee of 20, which will be the pipe that connects the two cylinders and at the same time the support of the working cylinder;
1 piece of pipe 20 mm (2 cm) in length PVC and 20 mm in diameter;
1 roll of “Bom Bril” steel wool, I tested the other brands, but did not get good performance;
4 x 2mm bike spokes (known as thin) all in STAINLESS, do not recommend the traditional ones;
2 5 or 10 cent coins for the bearings (crankshaft support sleeve);
4 CDs for the steering wheel;
1 damaged computer CD recorder or DVD player to make the steering wheel;
7 (6mm) light wire connectors found in stores selling residential electrical supplies;
grease, durepox glue, high temperature silicone glue available at auto parts stores;
