In this Video i'll share an email I received from someone who has been doing No Contact diligently for 3 months - and then finally broke under a lot of pressure/ emails/calls from his Ex - only to be left in the gutter and dumped again - turns out she had been seeing someone else and was dumped by that person and came back to her Ex seeking power and attention.
I hope this video will serve as an important example of why you must be strong and stick with No Contact - no matter what - until you have healed.
