This video was shot in 2007 at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, CO. It's winter time, and the altitude is at least one mile above sea level. Therefore, the possibility that the following light anomalies are insects is remote. And, FYI, according to the laws of modern physics dust doesn't travel just one particle at a time!
