I'm writing to tell you how the Madrid Provincial Court has once again made a legal fool of Judge Peinado in the Begoña Gómez case. The court has overturned the charges brought by Judge Peinado against the government delegate in Madrid in the case against the Prime Minister's wife. And this is just one of several dismissals of charges against citizens due to a lack of reasoning or violations of their rights.
